![]() ![]() EARL
I adopted Earl, a Chihuahua/Yorkshire Terrier mix, in January of 2009. Earl had issues. We believe he was
abused, was a stray, and lived in a shelter and two foster homes in just two months. He was frightened,
aggressive and barked continuously. I was committed to making Earl part of my family, and turned to Tracy
for help. In three short hours she helped me understand his thinking, and showed me how to take control. By
becoming the pack leader, exercising Earl on a consistent basis and disciplining him gently but firmly, Earl is
now happier and in turn, I am too. He has become trusting, confident, and far less aggressive. He is gentle
around children, and plays well with other dogs. I learned a great deal, and as a result, am a more informed
dog owner, and my home is much happier place. |
