Tracy was wonderful to work with! She got right down to business as she entered my apartment and was able to calm down my barking puppy very quickly. She helped me every step of the way in learning the right techniques to help my dog, Bo-Bo, become more balanced and submissive. She even drove us out to a nearby dog park to teach me the correct way of introducing Bo-Bo to other dogs since we did not encounter any in my own neighborhood. Her training session made a huge difference in Bo-Bo's fearful behavior. She has also been a great support even after our training session - graciously coaching me over the phone to get through any rough patches as Bo-Bo has "detoxed" from his unbalanced behavior. Tracy makes it very clear that this is a lifestyle change for both me and my dog and by following her techniques Bo-Bo and I are so much happier!
